We designed a chatbot that was made to inform individuals searching for answers about vaccines. The ViBot provides a one-on-one experience with an unbiased other helping users feel more comfortable with stating their opinion. The ViBot also informs users using factually correct information in an unintrusive manner, helping to provide a safe environment to help one with concerns and questions.
